Placing an order on our website is easy. Just add the selected products to the cart, then go to the Cart page, check the correctness of the ordered items and click the "Go to checkout" or "Buy in One click" button.

The "Buy in One click" function allows the buyer not to go through the entire ordering procedure on their own. User and order registration occurs automatically. You fill out the form, and in a short time you will receive an email with confirmation of the order from one of our company managers. He will clarify all the conditions of the order, answer questions regarding the product, and also advise on delivery options.

Select the name of your region and locality from the list. If you did not find your locality in the list, select the "Other location" value and enter the name of your locality in the "City" field. Enter the correct postcode.

Select a convenient delivery method. 

Payment

Select the appropriate payment method. 

Enter your details: full name, delivery address, phone number. In the "Order comments" field, enter information that may be useful for delivery, packaging and preparation of the goods.

Check the correctness of the information entered: order items, location selection, customer data. Click the "Place an order" button.

After placing your order, our store will check everything and send the final invoice to the email address you specified. If delivery of the goods is necessary, the amount for delivery of the goods will also be added to the total invoice.

You can choose one of three payment options:

Cash payment (In Cash)

Cash payment is available upon self-delivery from the store only. When you choosing the cash payment option, you should wait until order confirmation information. When the order will be ready for pick up you will receive confirmation by email or phone methods. 

Cashless payments (Proforma Invoice)

The goods + delivery cost should be paid fully before shipment. The final invoice for the payment (goods + delivery) will be send after order confirmation by store. 

For the Banking transfer you will receive an invoice. 

When placing an order in the basket, you can choose the cashless payment option – Banking transfer.

The payment by Banking card via terminal

The payment by Banking card via terminal is possible only in the shop.

Payment by card is possible only if the card function "contactless payment" is activated.

Our online store offers several delivery options:

• courier service (DPD, Venipack, Velokurjers);
  
• local pickup from our store (Dzirnieku iela 24, Mārupe, LV-2167);
  
• parcel machines (DPD, Venipack, Post);
  
• Latvijas pasts.

Express delivery*

We use express delivery services, such as DPD, Venipack, Omniva, etc. Delivery of goods can be ordered by courier, who will arrive at the specified address on working days from 9:00 to 18:00. The courier service will contact you and offer to choose a convenient delivery time.

Delivery fee depends on the delivery address.

Pickup from the store

You can pick up the goods in our store. When the order is confirmed and the payment is made, you will receive a notification. Then you come to our store and pick up the ordered goods.

Parcel machines

A parcel machine is a terminal with an automated system for storing ordered goods. The convenience is that a person can pick up the order at any convenient time.

How to work with the post office:

• When placing and confirming your order, choose a convenient post office if such a system operates in your city;
  
• A unique code will be sent to your phone or email, which means that the item has been delivered to the parcel machine;
  
• Come to the post office, enter the received code and follow the instructions of the machine;
• pick up the goods.

Postal delivery

If there are no couriers and parcel lockers in your city, you can order delivery by regular mail. Immediately after receiving the goods, a notification of the shipment will be sent to your address.
