How to Buy
Our online store offers several delivery options:
- courier service (DPD, Venipack, Velokurjers);
- local pickup from our store (Dzirnieku street 24, Marupe, LV-2167);
- postamates (DPD, Venipack, Post);
- Latvian post office.
Express delivery*
We use express delivery service like DPD, Venipack, Omniva and etc. You can order the delivery of goods by courier, who will arrive at the specified address on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00. The courier service will contact you and offer to choose a convenient delivery time.
Shipping fee depends on the delivery address.
*If there is a possibility of courier service to your address, check with the store manager.
Pickup from the storeа
You can pick up the item at our store. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made, you will be notified. After that, you come to our store and pick up your ordered goods.
Postamat
Postamat is a terminal with an automated system for storing ordered goods. The convenience is that a person can pick up the order at any convenient time.
How to work with a post office:
- at the time of placing an order and order confirmation, you choose a post office convenient for you, if such a system works in your city;
- a unique code will be sent to your phone or e-mail, which means that the goods have been delivered to the parcel terminal;
- you come to the post office, enter the received code and follow the instructions of the machine;
- pick up the goods.
Shelf life in a parcel terminal is 3 days. To clarify information and extend the storage time, visit our partner's website and follow the prompts on the website.
Postal delivery
If your city does not have a courier service and parcel lockers, then you can order delivery via regular mail. Immediately upon the arrival of the goods, a notice of the parcel will be sent to your address.
