When does the warranty start?

The seller guarantees that the buyer within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods may refuse the goods of good quality if::

- the goods were not manufactured or produced under the customer's order.
The buyer has the right to exchange goods of good quality for another trade offer of this product or another product identical in value or for another product with an additional payment or refund of the difference in price.

If the buyer (private person) finds defects in the goods after purchase, he may require repair or replacement from the seller. Repairs must be made within 30 days from the date of the claim. In the event that it is not possible to replace the product, the buyer will be refunded the full amount for the product, excluding shipping costs.
All replacements, repairs and returns between buyers as legal persons and supplier are considered in agreement, according with theirs rules and terms and specified warranty conditions.

The refund period depends on the type of payment that the buyer initially chose.
